The resort of Font Romeu is located on the Cerdagne plateau & acts as the cross roads between the mediterranean, Spain and Andorra. Due to it's geographical setting, Font Romeu recieves the most sunshine in comparison to other French ski resorts, about 3000 hectares of sun per year. The resort has plenty to offer to its holiday makers. Font Romeu has 20 beginner slopes and is famous for its cross country tracks that extend over 100km. This resort is situated in the Catalan Pyrenees and is renowned for its professsional high altitude training centre.
